It was with heavy hearts that we said goodbye to our energetic and mischievous Milo, who passed away in July 2016. He was our first kitty we adopted in the first year of our marriage. Of course, we also took his brother, Max, because we didn’t want to leave him behind. They were quite the pair!

Milo brought so much joy and laughter into our lives with his endless curiosity, playful antics, and the distinctive way he would chase the laser pointer with unmatched enthusiasm. Our home will always feel quieter now without his high-pitched mew – almost a squeak. Though our time together was only 16 years, every moment was a treasure.

Thank you, Milo, for teaching us to find joy in the smallest things and for being the most loyal friend when I needed someone the most. You taught me the meaning of unconditional love and changed my life in an unprecedented way.

We miss you, Milo, and you are always in my heart and thoughts.
